1. To collect the 2006 dividend

Entitled to dividend for the year 2006 are holders of common and preferred shares of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK of record at the close of business of the Athens Exchange on April 19, 2007.

Payment of the 2006 dividend will be effected by MARFIN EGNATIA BANK according to the process set by the Athens Exchange Regulation and the Central Securities Depository Regulation. The dividend is paid through the shareholder's operator in the Dematerialised Securities System (provided such operator is authorized to collect the dividend).

Shareholders who:

• Have not authorized their operators to collect the dividend or have revoked such authorization
• Keep their shares in the special account of the Central Securities Depository
• Have asked exception from their operator
• will collect their dividend through the Branch Network of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK, with their ID or other identification document.

2. To collect the 2005 dividend

Entitled to dividend for the year 2005 are holders of common and preferred shares of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK of record at the close of business of the Athens Exchange on June 26, 2006.

Payment of the 2005 dividend will be effected by MARFIN EGNATIA BANK according to the process set by the Athens Exchange Regulation and the Central Securities Depository Regulation. The dividend is paid through the shareholder's operator in the Dematerialised Securities System (provided such operator is authorized to collect the dividend).

Shareholders who:

• Have not authorized their operators to collect the dividend or have revoked such authorization
• Keep their shares in the special account of the Central Securities Depository
• Have not dematerialized their shares
• will collect their dividend through the Branch Network of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK, with their ID or other identification document.

Years 2002, 2003 & 2004
If you haven’t collected your dividend for the years 2002, 2003 and/or 2004, nor has it been collected by your Brokerage Firm, please go to any Branch of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK to collect your dividend. When you go to the branch to collect the dividend, you must have your ID (or other identification document). Please note that, according to law, dividends are prescribed after 5 years to the benefit of the Greek State.

4. If I hold bonds (convertible loan, November 2002) of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK and I want to convert my bonds into shares

The bonds of the Convertible Subordinated Loan (November 2002) can be converted into shares and the bondholder can ask for their conversion every month, in the first three business days of the month.

To convert the bonds into shares, the bondholder must send, through their operator, to the Bank (Shareholders Department – 56, Zefyrou, 17564, P. Faliro) the bond blocking certificate, the Dematerialised Securities System print-out and the relevant application form requesting the conversion of the bonds. Upon completion of the procedure, the shares are credited to the bondholder's account and are available for trading on the Athens Exchange.
