Human resources are the most valuable assets, the driving force and corner-stone to achieve the vision of the new Bank.

Our main concern is to ensure meritocratic, objective and transparent personnel management systems and policies by creating a pleasant, modern and friendly working environment that will yield the expected business results.

The total number of Bank personnel (according to data from the three Banks that will form MARFIN EGNATIA BANK) as at 31/5/07 was 2407 employees. From the total number of employees, 1140(47.36%) are men and 1237 (52.64%) are women, with average age 37 years. 55.05% are graduates of Colleges, Technical Schools and Universities, and 16.16% have a Postgraduate or Doctoral Degree.

The above rates of employee education are important for the successful development of the Bank in the future.
