HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING

As part of its philosophy of continuous professional development of employees, the Bank places particular emphasis on their continuing education in order to ensure their optimal training and proper utilization.

By way of indication, in 2006 the three Banks in the aggregate conducted 322 educational programs of a total duration of 18.960 hours with 3.511 employee participations.

The Bank firmly supports the development of the employees’ career within the Group and gives priority to the existing employees to fill vacancies through promotions and/or exchange of duties.
