ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION


 

In June 2005, the MARFIN Direct – ATM Service of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK was certified for Quality Assurance in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 by TUV HELLAS, as part of our effort to constantly improve the infrastructures and procedures for maximum customer satisfaction.

The scheduled annual review (July 2009) to reassess the EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, as implemented by ATMs, has already been successfully conducted. This international Certification ensures maximum customer satisfaction and reflects our effort and commitment to constantly improve quality.
