ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION

Aiming at ensuring quality, the E-Banking Division has been certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 since October 2005 and since December 2009 it has been upgraded to the new International standard ISO 9001:2008. The certification has been given by TUV HELLAS, a 100% subsidiary of TUV NORD GROUP, which has been established as one of the greatest and most reliable Inspection & Certification Organizations

The ISO 9001:2008 Quality System covers the “Planning and Provision of the E-Banking Services” provided by the Bank, which regard e-banking transactions, investment services (shares and mutual funds), bancassurance products and e-commerce products through the Internet.

The main aim of the E-Banking Division is the constant improvement of the infrastructures and procedures for maximum customer satisfaction by providing:
  • quality products and services which are constantly improved and enriched with new possibilities
  • service and support quality
  • high-level security of transactions
  • reliability and convenience in the conduct of the transactions.
