ISO CERTIFICATION

Phone Banking & Voice Banking
 

In June 2004, MARFIN Direct - Phone Banking, the first Banking Call Center in Greece to use Speech Recognition Technology, was certified by TUV HELLAS for Quality Assurance in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, as part of our effort to constantly improve the infrastructures and procedures for maximum customer satisfaction.

The scheduled annual review (September 2006) to reassess the EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, as implemented by MARFIN Direct - Phone Banking, has already been successfully conducted.

This international Certification ensures maximum customer satisfaction and reflects our effort and commitment to constantly improve quality.
